Freshman 15

Hey everyone! So, since I am a freshman in college and all, a lot of you have been requesting me to do a freshman 15 post, because I post a lot about the food I eat! When I left for college, I weighed 123 pounds, which isn't bad at all! At home I did walk our dogs every morning, and do runs with my mom! But obviously I can't do that here, pets aren't allowed in our dorm and anyway that would be too much of a hassle for me when I'm not even home that much! So, in the past four weeks I have been in college, I have gained 17 pounds! That seems like a ton, and it is! When I weighed myself this morning I was so surprised, but I understand why! I mostly eat popcorn and water, and orange juice and chips. I order in pizza a lot, and don't have much fruits and vegetable. I am also eating a lot of grains (pasta and bread) and I really need to eat healthier! My mom raised me to eat really healthy, so I definitely need to get back into this routine! I've just been so hungry lately, which I now realize that is from my baby. I'm not going to try to get back to 120 pounds, because I am going to get bigger once my baby is bigger, but of course I'm going to start taking jogs around our dorm hallways every night! I also will walk on the treadmill every other day. And, of course, eat healthier! I am going to try to cut down on sodas and drink vitamin water for a change, and stop eating so much pizza and going out to eat every meal! I'm going to start cooking my own meals when I'm home, which should be good. Drew is a really good cook, and I'm sure she will cook for me! ;)
